Reservation Policies

 

Reservations:

Reservations for Oceans Edge can be made by telephone or online. A room is not reserved until a credit card has been obtained for deposit. Please note: upon confirmation of your reservation, you are obligated for the deposit, as outlined below. A confirmation email will be sent to you. Should you not receive a confirmation email it is your responsibility to contact us to ensure we have the correct information on file.

 

Deposit and Payment:

All deposits will be charged at the time of booking and applies to any and all date(s) of your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you plan on using a gift certificate, please let us know at the time of booking.

 

Cancellation Policy:

If you find it necessary to change or cancel your reservation, please note our standard cancellation policy requires a minimum of 7 days’ notice to receive a refund of your deposit. Special sales and limited-time offers including, but not limited to Advance Purchase, require a 100% deposit and are completely non-refundable regardless of cancellation date.

Other rate codes as outlined below have specific cancellation requirements. Look for your corresponding rate code booked to determine its cancellation policy.

 

28 days with three night length of stay requirement:

  • Black Friday/Cyber Monday

Seven days with no length of stay requirement:

  • Oceans Edge Exclusive Offer
  • Suite-est Escape
  • Breakfast with a View
  • Florida Staycation (Valid ID required)
  • AAA & CAA Members (Valid ID required)
  • Government Per Diem
  • Oceans Edge Daily Rate
  • Trick or Suite
  • Gotta Get Away
  • Winter Warm Up

 

Seven days with two night length of stay required:

  • Back to School Special
  • Linger Longer
  • Sunsets and Suite-Hearts

Seven days with four night length of stay required:

  • Fourth Night Free

 

Non-cancellable & non-refundable with full pre-payment due at time of booking:

  • Advance Purchase (book at least 7 days in advance)
  • Happy Birthday Florida Keys (3 night length of stay required)

 

*Note, 30-day notice is required for any and all reservations with stay dates between December 24 and January 1.

Taxes & Fees:

A Resort Fee of $50 per night (excluding 12.5% applicable taxes) is applied to all bookings.
