Q: Does Oceans Edge charge a resort fee?

A: Yes. Our nightly resort fee of $45 plus tax provides guests with the following:

  • 1 hour of paddleboard, kayak, and bicycle use per guest, per day
  • Resort activities (e.g. yoga, SUP classes, poolside movies, and lawn games)
  • Hourly shuttle service to downtown Key West (9 a.m. to 11 p.m.)
  • 6 saltwater pools that are temperature-controlled with poolside service and towels
  • 24-hour gym access
  • Resort-wide Wi-Fi
  • In-room bottled water, coffee, and tea
  • Onsite and digital concierge service

Q: Is there parking at the resort?

A: Onsite parking is available for $20/night plus tax per vehicle. 

Q: Is there a shuttle to Duval Street?

A: Yes, our daily shuttle service makes visiting downtown Key West hassle-free. The shuttle departs the resort at the top of the hour between 9 a.m. and 11 p.m., with hourly drop-off and pick-up in front of the Waterfront Brewery in downtown Key West between 9:25 a.m. and 11:25 p.m.

Q: What are the pool hours?

A: Oceans Edge Resort guests have access to six temperature-controlled pools between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. One of the pools is adults-only.

Q: Is there a fitness center?

A: Yes, and it is open 24 hours.

Q: Are there restaurants on site?

A: Yes. Yellowfin Bar & Kitchen restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Restaurant hours are 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., bar hours are 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. with happy hour 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. In-room dining and liquor service is available.

The cafe counter inside Yellowfin serves coffee, drinks and grab-and-go food between 6 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Q: Does the resort allow smoking?

A: No. Oceans Edge Resort & Marina is a fully non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted in public areas, by the pool, in the restaurant, on balconies, or anywhere inside. This policy includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and cigars.

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: Two dogs under 50 lbs. per room are allowed with a fee, and they must always be accompanied by their owners. See what’s included in our pet-friendly amenities.

Q: Does Oceans Edge offer concierge services?

A: Both onsite and digital concierge services are available before and during stay. Click here to access digital concierge services. Our lobby concierge desk is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.

Q: What are the complimentary rentals hours?

A: Use of kayaks, paddleboards, and bicycle is available at the Tiki Hut between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Resort fee includes one hour of complimentary rental per day, per guest.

Q: What time are check-in and check-out?

A: Check-in time is 4 p.m., check-out is 12 noon. Early check-in and late check-out are based on the resort’s availability to accommodate these special requests. Fees might apply. 

Q: Is there a charge for early departures?

A: Yes. Unless we receive 24 hours’ notice, an early departure fee will apply if guests leave prior to their originally scheduled check-out day.
